Today was such a great day. Me and my Beautiful Fiance had a mini-engagment dinner today with a few of our good friends. We tryed out our ‘thought to be non-cooking-skills’ turns out we made an pretty darn good roast and a hashbrown casserole. It was a great night, great food, great company. After everyone went home, and all the clean up was done, we just went and retired on the couch for the evening…… =)
