Source: fuckyeahtattoosThis is my very first tattoo, and I couldn’t be more happy with it. I started playing the violin before my 6th birthday, which means I’ve been playing for almost 14 years now. Music has been a huge part of my life and I feel like my musical talent is a blessing from God that should be used for the good of others. This tattoo serves as a reminder not to use my talents only for myself, but to share them with others as well. I recently started teaching a nine year old girl how to play the violin, and I’ve realized how cool it is to share something with her that I’m so passionate about.
I chose the placement for two reasons: it looks as if the music is coming from my heart, and also because this is the area my violin rests when I’m playing it.
